Abstract

Since Information Technology and Internet have been growing at an unprecedented rate; they become powerful tools that assist academic works more efficiently. Researching, teaching and learning information can be done easily with a vast library of knowledge provided by Internet. Nevertheless, information is a broad and implicit term, which can be referred to different types of knowledge that relate to each other. In order to access a specific topic effectively, the particular strategy of searching and managing information is required. Therefore, this research focuses on the construction of database for Knitting Technology and introduces new information software to facilitate the searching process.
