Abstract

The granitoid rocks of Hon Me-Hon Dat are mainly monzogabrodiorite, monzodiorite, monzonite, monzogranodiorite. - Monzogabrodiorite, monzodiorite: Their major rock-forming minerals are plagioclase, alkali feldspar, pyroxene and a small proportion of hornblende, biotite... Chemically, they contain 53.64-53.76% of SiO2; total alkali: 8.80 to 10.29%; K2O/Na2O: 1.42 to 1.96. - Monzonite, monzogranodiorit: They consist of plagioclase, alkali feldspar, quartz, pyroxene, hornblende, biotite... The chemical analysis of monzogranodiorit shows SiO2: 63.68%; total alkali: 7.8%; K2O/Na2O: 1.18.
