Abstract

In the fact that freezing processing will be the most effecivet, when the temperatures of materials reach to the optimal temperatures of freezing. At that time free water of materials will be completely frozen and microogranism will be killed. How to determine free water of materials freezing completely in the purpose of our research, we researched the method to determine the relation between ice ratio and temperature of freeze.
