THE RELATIVELY COMPACT CRITERION IN THE FUNCTIONAL SPACES AND ITS APPLICATION IN STATISTICAL STRUCTURE

Abstract
In this paper, we present a new relatively compact criterion in the functional spaces. By using this criterion, with some conditions on the class of estimators, we prove some theorem on the existence of Bayesian estimators and on the approximation of Bayes estimators by polinomial functions.
