Abstract
In this article, the Fourier transformation was applied to examine the dynamic characteristics of high voltage impulse scale transformer for standard lightning voltage impulse. From this, a single analytical expression with high accuracy was obtained to determine the low limit of frequency spetrum of high voltage scale transformer for standard lightning voltage impulse.
