Abstract

Japan and Vietnam are two countries in Asia. They are not adjacent to geographic location but also having muny same points, having relation on culture, history and economy for a long time. However, spending the periods of history, the relation between Japan and Vietnum occasionally has been set on the development, favor, peacefulness even confrontation This article focuses on a thorny phase in the relation between Japan and Vietnam through the temporary separate war compensation policy in Southern Vietnum under the control of Saigon regime and USA (1954 - 1975).
