Abstract

One of reactions to create the link of carbon-carbon bond is cross-coupling reaction between alkyl tosylate and Grignard reagent in the presence of controlled copper catalysis at -78 °C. Under the activation of ultrasound irradiation, this coupling is taken place quickly in about 30-45 minutes to give product in good yield.
