Abstract

Generalizing the important role of human resources training in the country's industrialization and modernization process, as well as collecting data and analyzing the situation of sending students overseas from both North and South Vietnam since the 1954 Geneva Peuce Accords, the authors of this article accordingly suggest some initial solutions for this issue.
