Abstract

This research was conducted to help managers in general, and garment companies in particular, recognize the internal factors of supply chain management impact on operational performance. The results of this research showed that three internal factors of supply chain management including: Human resource management, design management, and process management have positive impacts on operational performance. In particular, process management has the greatest effect. Moreover, the rest factor is not important for garment companies, because there are a lot garment companies do not have enough or not update quality data set that is useful for quality and process improvement. All results are very realistic with Vietnamese garment industry.
