Abstract

The research was carried out with the goal of surveying the level of satisfaction of labors on wages policy at a factory in the context of applying the new salaries mechanism starting in early 2008. The Empirical research was conducted at Phu My Fertilizer Factory with the help of the stratified random sampling proportionally. The findings show that seven hypotheses were supported by empirical data, and that the wage calculating method and preferential policy are assessed by workers at the lowest satisfaction level. In addition, considerable differences appear in the level of satisfaction between unskilled workers and technical workers compared to other positions.
