Abstract

This article presents the foundation of molecular transistors theory - the bottom-up approach method of nanoelectronics. In this article, Matlab is used to simulate the operation of molecular channel-transistor of Diiode-Benzene (CH4). The achieved results show that the I-V curves are in shape like block semiconductor MOSFET's. If the size of channel is changed via the values such as the calculated quantum chemistry and the gate voltage from 0.2V to 0.6V, the appearance of a new device in the near future - Diiode-Benzene molecular transistors with the size in nano meter unit - is possible.
