Abstract

The Early Streamer Emission (ESE) devices have been using abundantly in Vietnam since 1990. Its protective zone was established by [1], [2], and [3]. However, they have not mentioned the reliability of protective zone of these ESE devices. This paper proposed a new method based on theoretical researches for determining the reliability of protective zone of these ESE devices.
