Abstract

Lo Go Xa Mat National Park, located in Tan Bien district – Tay Ninh province, is an important protected area of Tay Ninh in particular and Đong Nam Bo in general. There are many different wetlands such as rivers, streams, poosl, grass-plots and canals. Zooplankton samples have been taken in 3 times: 4/2004 (dry season), 6/2004 (transition time), 10/2004 (rainy season). We identified 75 species of zooplankton: Phulum Protozoa: 9 species Class Rotatoria: 21 species Class Cladocera: 19 species Class Copepoda: 18 species Class Ostracoda: 8 species. Zooplankton varies on seasonal basis and different water bodies. Besides, we recorded some unsual zooplankton species such as: Lesquereusia aculeata, Difflugia corona, Rotaria neptunia, Osphranticum labronectum.
