Abstract

This article describes how to build simulation program to generate hourly solar radiation sequences of whole year from monthly average solar radiation data. Comparisons have been made between calculated and measured data. The results show that the program proves sufficient reliability to generate input solar radiation data series for technical simulation, especially in the design of solar energy systems or evaluating the effectiveness of those systems.
