Lobbyism and "Parliamentary struggle" is one of the very special parts of the struggle for Civil Rights and Democracy in Viet Nam in the period between 1936 and 1939 led by the Communist Party of Indochina. Even though there were many different forms of struggle but it was the very first unique time in the whole present historic period of Viet Nam that “Parliamentarly struggle” took an official part in the revolutionary and patriotic movement. At the same time, it was also one striking feature that among all the Communist parties of the colonies, the Communist Party of Indochina was the unique party that launched a struggle with great creativeness and success.
