Abstract

Determination of the energy distribution of electron is very important for cuculating the electrodynamic characterictics of the gas discharge plasma. Then, the optimum conditions of luminescent sources are obtained. The energy distribution of electron deduced from experiment is complicated because the diffusion coefficient is not easily measured. In this paper we have changed the integrals equation Voltera type II to system of linear equations, and then have obtained a more exact form of determination of the energy distribution of electron by drawing the high - order expansion coefficents.
