Abstract

This work made the solar water distillation, obtained the optimized results of efficiency 2,42 little/squ/day, the same as the efficiency with another project [1] and [2]. In addition we have been improve the efficiency of the solar water distillation from 2,42 little/squ/day to 3,13 little/squa/day by using ZnO:Al thin films (quality of water were tested by Pasteur Intitution HCM City and have good result).
