Abstract

This paper describes operational principle and performance of digital spectrum analyzer based on digital oscilloscope of TDS 220 (or TDS 210) and LabVIEW software development tool. LabVIEW software is graphic one, therefore the instrument is attracting and friendly user. This work has been performed at Department of Electronics & Telecommunication, Faculty of Physics, HCM University of Natural Sciences. This work has been supported within framework of project of Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City, No B2003-18-27TD.
