Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the equivalent content of endogenous grow regulator of sweet potatoes' branch extract by using bioassay method. The in-vitro growth and development of orchid explants have been under observation. The obtained results pointed out that the orchid explants grew up and developed very well in the enviroment containing sweet potatoes branch extracts. The different extracts from divers locations on sweet potatoes branch influenced differently on the shoot and root growth.
