The conventional lockstitch sewing machine is equipped with an automatic thread trimmer and reverse stitching. The sewing process is monitored and managed by micro controller units. This upgrade improves quality, and increases productivity. These results solved the problem of “equipment modernization at low cost” in Garment factories.
