METHODOLOGY OF ASSESSMENT OF INFORMATION NEEDS FOR SMES CASE OF SMES IN DISTRICT 8

Abstract

In this period, informations is one of the essential elements of social producing force. Information is not only an important role of marcro – management but also a necessary role of micro - management, It contributes to successes of business entities. Especially, the 21th century - informatic century, a firm needs to set up informatic capabilities in terms of collection, assessment and processing, which help the production and operation activities. “Assessment of the information demands of business entities” is an important activity in order to understant and analyze the curent situation of informations usage of business entities. Besides, the assessment evalustes their perception and demands in information exploration and usage. Therefore, results of this assessment research will shows/reflects the informatic demands of business entities and will propose invaluable recommedation to support the operation of entities. Statistical methods used to carry the assessment research includes survey questionaires and direct interviews.
