Abstract

The paper discusses a new approach to the “teaching” and “learning” process in human resource management skills in short-coures training for managers and executives. This approach bases on the principles of adult learning to contribute an application of flexible interacting roles of “teaching” and “learning” between instructor and learners, and among learners. This approach requires instructors to understand the practical attitutes and behaviors of learners as well as their training needs, and to apply different teaching methods and tools.
