Abstract
The authors’ article has presented Ho Chi Minh’s ideology and methods for establishing the Rule of law and civil society in Viet Nam. In combination with historical and logical methods, the authors have analysed and highlighted basic viewpoints of the afore mentioned important issues, especially the application of those issues in the period of reform and establishment of the prosperous Vietnamese government.
