Abstract
This article focuses on solving the problem of locating position of MS in DS CDMA cell network through the pilot signal strength measured at MS from the nearest BSs by using both of the two methods, classic and fuzzy logic. To improve the accuracy of position estimation, a smoother is used to process both present and previous data output from the fuzzy estimating system.
