Abstract

Based on the practical experiences of establishment and operation of the industrial zones in Vietnam during the last decade, but also the existing demand of Ho Chi Minh City, this paper summarizes and analyses the forms of the industrial zones established during the last period and suggests two forms of industrial zone (including specialized and ecological industrial zones) for the coming future and for the long term development.
