Abstract

Artificial recharge is an effective solution to enhance exploitation ability of aquifers and safeguard groundwater resources. This method was applied successfully in many countries as Denmark, German, Sweden, France, Canada, America... This paper presents preliminary research results of groundwater artificial recharge by injection wells, compares the results with the commercial Visual Modflow software and shows the prospect to extend the research program for more complex aquifers.
