Abstract
The system parameters (voltage, current...) and system conjunction elements effect directly to power system. The problem of identification and diagnosis of all parameters of system is interested by many scientists in the world [1 4]. This paper proposes a method which is proved by known method to solve identification problem for power system simulator under nonstandard conditions, with obvious noise remained in system. This method is illustrated by bilinear simulator method.
