Abstract

In this subject, we have studied the effect of Pb elimination of Ganoderma lucidum comparison with specific EDTA. Applied methods are atomic absorption and photometry by Dithizon. The result of study showed: - Pb elimination capability of Ganoderma lucidum is equivalent to that of EDTA. - In comparision with EDTA, Ganoderma lucidum is much dominand in recreating Erythrocyte and hemoglobin in blood reduced due to infection of Pb. - Ganoderma lucidum does not cause effect as specific EDTA.
