Abstract

The paper presents the application theory of RBF (Radial basis function) neural network for using signal processing of geometric dimension measurement by coordinate measuring machine (CMM) which have five degrees of freedom. The result compare with minimum square method. Hence, we see eminent character of RBF network method when application in this case.
