Abstract

“Combining, at the very start, economic with political reforms-focusing on the former and gradually carrying out the latter". This is one of the six experiences gained over the last ten years of renovation reviewed and pointed out by our Party (1986 - 1996). Fully understanding the combination between economic and political reforms enables us, on the one hand, to clearly define the causes leading to the success of our Party and people over the last ten years, and on the other, to firmly march in the path chosen.
