SOME ISSUES ON IMPROVING THE WORKERS' ACTIVENESS IN THE MARKET-ORIENTED ECONOMY

Abstract

In Vietnam's market - oriented economy, the workers' activeness shows itself mainly in ': a-Technological and social knowledge; b-Creativity and flexibility to adapt to different circumstances, open-mindedness and high capability of cooperation; c-Firm trust in the đổi mới (renovation) line, will and aspiration to win against poverty; d-High spirit of organization and strict criticism and self-criticism; d-Practical mind to aim at high efficiency. To improve their activeness, the workers should be given a good environment to live and work for development; meanwhile conditions causing negative acts must be eliminated. Initially, the following urgent steps need be implemented : a- Meeting fully the workers' benefits; b-Carrying out the principle of equality; c-Making workers aware of benefits, laws, obligations and national traditional values...
