Abstract

This study presents the process of building business strategy for enterprises with specific tasks that need to be performed in each stage. The process is subsequently applied to build business strategy for Khanh Hoa Mineral Water Joint Stock Company. There are many methods employed to design business strategy. In this study, we apply the matrix system in the strategyformulation analytical framework. Four strategies have been suggested for Khanh Hoa Mineral Water Joint Stock Company, including market development, low cost, capital mobilization for investment and niche strategies.
