Abstract

This paper is to analyze and compare some methods of appraisal of technology capability and status in Vietnam. Furthermore, this paper presents an appropriate method that can apply to the context of Vietnamse industries in general and Gialai province in particular. This method is applied to evaluate the technology status of the key industries in Gialai province.
