Abstract

One of the most important problems of the operation and trading of distribution power systems is the check and statistic of electrical energy consumption of customers. This task is carried out manually and cost a lot of time and effort now. To solve this problem, the paper will present a method which enables to check the electrical energy consumption by the remote mode with the telephone line system because the telephone line system was available and is developing powerfully in Vietnam. This system is supported with the software which is designed and built with the lastest NET 2.0 technology of Microsoft corresponding to the data base system is saved with XML technology. This fully remote check and statistic system of electrical energy consumption will have the high applied value for electricity sector.
