Abstract

This paper describes and discusses on a relatively new topic: Cleaner Production Circle (CPC) which is considered as an effective and promising measure in the practical conditions of Vietnam. In the first part, the fundamental aspects on CPC, the results obtained from applying this CPC model at the group of small scale paper-recycling enterprises in BinhTan District (HCM City) are presented. The latter part suggests the methodology and implementing steps for establishing and operation of CPC model in the Vietnam condition. The first pratical expiriences (catalysts, barriers) obtained from applying this CPC model are also discussed in this paper.
