Abstract

Since most products are assembled from various parts and the assembly process is time consuming, it is reccommended that manufacturing products which is the easier to be assembled the better. Analyzing a product design to ensure the assembly ability is to evaluated the convennience of a product assembly. The study on “The construction of an analyzing process of a product design to ensure the assembly ability” will introduce the construction of various steps to analyze a design and a library software for analyzing the design of products to ensure the assembly ability in order to reduce a number of individual parts and some sets of parts to be assembled, meanwhile to ensure that the remaining parts are easy to be manufactured and assembled.
