Abstract
How to manage effectively the foreign exchange is very crucial issue in order to promote or encourage all foreign activities such as: international trade and invesment. This paper analyses the current foreign exchange management in VN and then recommend some criteria which is considered as guideline for banking administrator as following: Ensuiring legal environment for foreign exchange activities, balancing the demand and supply of foreign exchange, ensuring appropriate foreign exchange rate and national debt management.
