Abstract

The intent of this communication is to briefly describe the application of the tissue culture techniques to the plant "Hong Nhung" (rosa sp.). The release of axillary buds and the shoot multiplication were induced, on a Murashige-Skoog (MS) medium containing 2,5 mg/1 BA and 0,1 mg/l NAA. This rapid proliferation of shoots results in masses of shoots being produced from a single tip. The small shoots which had been removed from the cultures were stimulated to form roots by transference to a 'A MS medium containing 0,1 mg/1 IBA
