Abstract

Predicatives with next morphemes expressing superlative degrees (Vx) are double – syllable collocations such as : chan pheo, caam tiet, do au, xanh le, nhon hoat ... In this article, we have carried on studying grammatical characteristics of Vx predicatives on the basis of contrasttive aanalysis with grammatical characteristics of predicatives in common. To fulfill this article, we have based on the research result of 531 sentences containing Vx predicatives. These sentences are quoted from 282 Vietnamese literature works (from 1930 up to now) It is hoped that what we have discovered about remarkable features of Vx grammatical characteristics will facilitate the study of these predicative semantic characteristics.
