Abstract

The principle of planning the mechanism of government and society in general, and the principle of securing the leadership of government for the Communist Party in particular, is an important urgent task facing the nation in the reform period. With convincing theoretical and practical examples, the writer confirms the logical position of the Communist Party in a leadership role in government at the present time. The writer also underlines some issues that need to be resolved in the future to draw on the potential of the Communist Party and enhance its leadership role.
