Abstract
Up to now, creating lakes landscape is considered an unique way in reclamation in enclosing plans of rock mines located in low topography. But, there have not been any cuvironment impact assessment for such plans As the same in the enclosing plan of rock mines located in HCM City National University area, where will be crowded with studentswho rae very active . Belong to this situation the needs of a safe reclamation plan. become a task The paper proposes: limiting water surface, using waste materials to full up the actual holes and then creating vegetation cover.
