Abstract

This thesis's purpose is to deep dive into the determinants of enterprises -universities linkage, to compare and contrast the results between Ho Chi Minh City and Lam Dong Province from enterprises' perspective. Four factor groups were identified. The two supportive factor groups are the context and the organization factors. The other two - inhibitive factor groups, which are negatively correlated to the linkage, were the difference factors of activities and the factors of enterprises perception about the universities. Basically this research's results would support companies who wish to partner with universities to identify the determinants' significance, consequently to construct suitable strategic linkage plans.
