Abstract
In this paper, we use WO3/ITO/glass multilayer thin films. The ITO and WO3 layers were deposited on glass in turn by magnetron sputtering method. The electrochemical characteristics of film were investigated by cycle voltametry method on potentiostat equipment. The coloration and bleaching processes, which were performed in the electrolyte solution, of film will be discussed in this paper.
