Abstract

With the rapid urbanization and industrialization in Hochiminh city, as well as fast development in infrastructures, people from different places in the country keep coming anh living in Hochiminh, causing to the decrease in agricultural land. As the result, people have to utilize every area of land to cultivate cabbage, melon, egg- plant..etc However, due to high demand, farmers try to get more profits by using too much insecticides and herbicides, leading to high level of remainder in land. Morever, the overuse of fertilize also causes high level of Nitrit and heavy metal in vegetables. This research will focus on level of lead (Pb) in green vegetables.
