Abstract

Impatiens wallerana is a type of plant flowering all year round, comprising various species with diversified colors, such as deep blue, dark red, orange, pink, white, striped or spotted ... This plant is favourite and having economic interests. The culture is performed in three nutrition environments i.e. MS, Knudson C and Alan Cooper. The obtained results pointed out that after two months of culture without adding mineral nutrition except water, the plant continue to grow and develop, sprout new branches with regular flower and flower buds. All measured indexes, such as photosynthesis intensity, respiration intensity, chlorophyll content, plant height, flower number in MS environment are much better than those in the Knudson C and Alan Cooper environments.
