Abstract

Ideas of a neural network are introduced at beginning of 20's century, but today many scientists are studying and applying the neural networks, those approach to different subjects by their strengths and effects. This papers present the results of a general study for the neuron networks and their training processes. That have load forecast subject using the Adaline neural network. In addition this papers present a new learning rule for the Adaline neural network. This rule is better than another rules.
